Intervals - 5 fast clicks

Instead of Chinese Food and a Movie, I did a bris (Merry Brismas!) and went for a run - got in my intervals and came pretty close to my goal - 2 warm up miles, 5 kilometers at a 4:30/kilometer pace, with quarter mile rests between them, and then about a mile cool down.
