Running recently
A bunch of runs to report - I am in the second week of a 12 week plus training program looking towards a half marathon in mid-March.

A quick summary...
Last week,
- got in intervals (12 x quarter miles) and did better sticking to a 1:45 goal for each quarter mile, maintained pretty well.
- did an OK up tempo run - I would like to get faster here, aiming to get under 8:30/mile
- had a shortened long run on Saturday, and felt pretty good
Today, had another good interval run - 400, 600, 800, 1200, 800, 600, 400 - with a almost 20 minute warm-up - decent times, got close to 1:45 on the last quarter which was pretty good!
Hoping to swim this week too - training Chanukah, dedication everyone!
