Back on the road...
After a few days off due to crazy work schedule, I got back out today - pooped out a little near the end, while trying a new interval scheme closer to Galloway's recommendations for the speed I am aiming for - this was 4 minutes running, 40 seconds walking.
Still kept my overall speed in the 8:30 min/mile range, about which I am happy.
